Flop Industries offers a 30 day return policy.

If you would like to return an item you have purchased, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping and handling. Product must be returned in like new condition in original packaging.

Only original purchaser with proof of purchase will be warranted. Second hand or re-sold product will not be warranted. Normal wear and tear is not permitted as warrant-able nor are returns requested from misuse or neglect.

Please email us for return authorization prior to returning. Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.
