FLOP BOX WARRANTY INFO

Item Warranty Period:
The Flop Box Power Unit (Part # 50002-100) comes with a limited 2-year warranty. Additionally, warranty is voided if the pump has been opened, dismantled, or altered in any way. Warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear” or abused or physically damaged items. Rust and subsequent damage/failure inside the pump due to being submerged in water, is not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover natural battery deterioration of up to 20% per year.
The Flop Box 10 Cooler (Part # 50001-100) and Flop Box 20 Cooler (Part # 50020-100) each come with a limited 5-year warranty.

Limited Warranty Conditions:
We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all Flop Industries products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the product from a Flop Industries authorized dealer;
• You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Flop Industries authorized dealer;
• You must return the product to Flop Industries with return authorization approved through customer service; and
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.
